Flooding from Tropical Storm Beta swallows cars near Keegans Bayou in Houston

Heavy rain from Tropical Storm Beta caused Keegans Bayou to overflow Monday night, swallowing cars on Highway 59 and West Bellfort in southwest Houston.
The National Weather Service in Houston issued a flood warning for Keegans Bayou at Keegan Road in Harris County at 9:41 p.m. Monday.
The warning included Keegan Road, Roark Road and Rocky Valley, according to the NWS.
Video from Houston storm chaser and freelancer Jaime Garcia on Twitter, showed an SUV almost entirely underwater and water rising above a nearby pickup truck.
Beta made landfall on the Texas coast Monday night, according to the National Hurricane Center.
There were several reports of flooding across Houston Monday.
